Our pedagogy
Designed for children aged 18 to 36 months, our crèche, also known as the “Communauté Enfantine”, offers a unique and innovative approach to toddlers. Our mission is to encourage and help children to become autonomous and independent through Montessori pedagogy, by offering them a caring, secure, peaceful and well-prepared environment where they can freely discover the world around them, at their own pace.
Adapted furniture
The nursery is equipped with child-sized furniture and activities designed by Maria Montessori or following her ideas, while meeting the requirements of the Canton de Vaud. Order and harmony are the watchwords of Montessori pedagogy, creating a serene atmosphere conducive to learning. The materials used for the activities have been carefully selected to be both attractive and easy to handle. In Montessori pedagogy, the child is at the center; the adult is there to support and guide the child at his or her request. Our experienced educators, trained in Montessori pedagogy and early childhood education, are committed to providing individualized attention to each child.

The crèche is open every day from 8am to 6pm, with a minimum attendance requirement of three half-days per week.
