It is therefore essential to take the child\u2019s emotional development into account in order to ensure a harmonious transition. <\/p>\n<p>At this stage, the child is no longer focused solely on individual needs. They experience a deep need for belonging and seek to define themselves as a full member of a group. &nbsp;<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Social integration becomes essential, and the child develops an increased sensitivity to notions of justice, fairness, and respect.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Learning social codes is therefore fundamental to enabling the child to live harmoniously with others. Lessons in grace and courtesy take on their full meaning: they are lived, experienced, discussed, and sometimes questioned. Through these exchanges, the child refines their understanding of human relationships.  <\/p>\n<p>On a daily basis, opportunities for conflict resolution, collective reflection on classroom rules, and group work are offered. Older children also play a supportive role with younger ones, guiding them with respect and kindness.
